Please stay off the ice! There have been a number of people falling through the ice and several have died. Conditions are not safe due to the unusual winter. If you feel it nessesary to go on the ice please research methods to do it safely. Even with life jackets and ice picks (an absolute minimum) Hypothermia will get you. Best bet is to stay off. Today could be the day it happens to you! The Hudson Fire Department has it's horses saddled up if we need to go on a rescue, but we don't wanna!
